When you think of a life coach, you probably think of someone that has it all figured out. However, that couldn’t be further from reality.

Her Unique Story

Life coaching became a passion of mine after many years of struggling with a lack of confidence and self worth. We all have certain beliefs we unknowingly hold onto based on how we are raised, who we associate ourselves with and the habits and rituals we consistently stick to in our daily lives. 

I was “stuck” in a relationship that should have ended long before it did. In a mountain of debt I had no idea how I was going to get out of. Working endlessly and relentlessly, not taking care of myself. In a lot of ways I was sick, my gut health was struggling, I had inner ear and hearing issues that seemed to continuously get worse. Even though it seemed like I was holding it all together, deep down I was sad, struggling and burnt out. 

Most days ended with me finding a way to numb out. I knew things needed to change, but how?

Change had to start with ME. I had to realize this was a life I was CHOOSING daily.

The only way out was to commit to small changes daily starting within.

I am living proof that ANYTHING is possible in this life and it’s my mission to help others find that truth for themselves.

I love teaching people about the magic of manifesting and creating their dream reality. It’s all about updating your current beliefs around yourself and your life, being open minded and getting clarity.

It’s not always easy to find the answers yourself, sometimes we’re so stuck in our own ways that we can’t find our way out. Hiring a coach was one of the greatest things I have ever done for my life. To this day I still have different coaches I work with to keep me on track, keep me learning new things, keep me inspired and going after bigger, bolder goals. 

It’s said that regret is more painful than being uncomfortable. Don’t let the fear of discomfort or trying something new hold you back from the greatness you are meant to achieve in this lifetime.

As a coach and motivational speaker, I have worked with all different kinds of clients and one thing I know for sure is, we’re all only human just trying to figure it out and we’re all in it together.

We have one shot at this life and to give it our all is the greatest gift we can give ourselves.

    After a few coaching sessions with Katie she suggested doing distance reiki on me. I’ve never had reiki done before so I was a little nervous but it was such a relaxing experience. I’m sure reiki in person is different but being distant I was in the comfort of my own home. She suggested I find a peaceful place to relax when/where I wouldn’t be bothered by my kids so we chose right before bed. I had some soft meditation music playing and a few crystals next to me. I felt so peaceful during the reiki, there were moments I could feel tingles or warmth. The next day I woke up with a new sense of peace. I went through my day with a fresh perspective. Since my reiki session I’ve felt my creativity flowing again and it feels so good! There’s definitely something to be said about the healing power of reiki!

    I’ve always been interested in things like Tarot & Oracle cards, reiki and manifestation but in a sense I was also kind of scared of them. Growing up in a strict religious household things like this were frowned upon. Katie’s gentle approach and way of explaining it all made so much sense and after my readings with her I found so much clarity. There's really nothing to be afraid of when it comes to Tarot and Oracle cards as Katie explained it’s a way to connect with my higher self and receive messages from my angels and guides.     I just had a session with Katie for a personalized guided meditation and distance reiki session. Immediately I went into a blissful peaceful cloud and floated away. During the meditation I could feel my solar and sacral chakra heat up. I could feel my energy restoring and my crown chakra feels so much more clear and not heavy, like it was before. I let myself carry the meditation on as long and I could bask in the warmth and light she called in. It was such an incredible experience and the sounds in the meditation were really great too!   • While every client session is uniquely different each client I’ve worked with has expressed positive feedback from each session. Our lives and goals are always in motion, with coaching sessions being customized; some clients feel they can achieve their goals within just a few sessions while others prefer multiple on-going sessions to keep themselves on track.

  • Oracle cards are a spiritual tool used for self-reflection, guidance, and gaining insight into life’s questions and challenges. They are similar to tarot cards but are more free-form, with no strict structure or rules.. The cards carry uplifting messages, affirmations, or symbolic imagery meant to provide encouragement and insight. Oracle cards are designed to tap into your intuition, help you receive messages that your angels or guides are trying to communicate to you. They don’t predict the future but offer guidance, clarity, and a fresh perspective on your current path.

  •  A gentle, energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, supports physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to the recipient.

  • Reiki works by balancing the energy flow in the body, helping to remove blockages and restore harmony. This can enhance the body's natural ability to heal and promote emotional clarity.

  • Yes, reiki is a completely safe and non-invasive healing practice. It can be used alongside medical treatments and is suitable for all ages. 

  • Reiki works regardless of your beliefs. However, being open to the experience can enhance its effectiveness, but belief is not required.

  • During a session (in person or distance reiki) you will lie down fully dressed while the practitioner lightly places their hands over specific areas of your body or chakras points. You may feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as the energy flows.

  • Be comfortable. If distance, create a quiet space where you won’t be bothered and can meditate peacefully, maybe play some soft music and get some of your favorite crystals to have on/near you. You don’t need to do anything special, just relax. (If you are disrupted during your distance reiki session - don't worry, it will still be effective, just try and do your best to get back to relaxation.)

  • Energy is not bound by time or space and remote sessions are just as effective as in-person ones.

  • That’s okay! Reiki works on subtle levels, and its effects may unfold over time, even if you don’t feel immediate sensations during the session.
