1:1 Coaching Sessions

In a 1:1 session the focus is entirely on you—your goals, challenges, and personal growth.

HOW IT WORKS

Sessions begin with a brief check-in to discuss how you’re feeling and any immediate concerns.
Together, we set an intention or focus for the session, ensuring it aligns with your goals.
Through thoughtful, guided questions and exercises, we explore your current situation, uncover obstacles, and identify patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back.
This is a safe space for self-reflection, where you’ll gain clarity on your thoughts, emotions, and desires. I may introduce specific tools, such as visualization exercises, guided meditations, & oracle card pulls for guidance and messages from your angels and guides.
We’ll work together to create a clear, step-by-step plan to help you move forward with confidence.
You’ll leave with practical next steps and empowering insights to implement in your daily life. The session concludes with a reflection on what was discussed, what resonated most, and how you’ll integrate the session’s work into your routine. We’ll celebrate your wins & progress and reaffirm your commitments. Each session is deeply personalized, ensuring you feel supported, inspired, and equipped to step closer to your highest self and dream reality.

Oracle Card Readings

An oracle card reading is a soulful, intuitive experience designed to provide clarity, guidance, and insight into your life’s journey.

HOW IT WORKS

Together, we’ll set an intention for the reading, focusing on a specific question, area of life, or general guidance you seek. I’ll take a moment to ground and center, tuning into your energy and the collective wisdom of the cards. You’ll be encouraged to do the same, bringing an open mind and heart to the process. Depending on your intention, I’ll intuitively draw one or more cards from the oracle deck. Alternatively, you may be invited to select the cards yourself if the reading is in person.
Each card carries unique symbolism, messages, and themes. I’ll interpret the cards for you, explaining their meanings and how they relate to your situation or question. You’ll be encouraged to share your thoughts and feelings, as your personal interpretation often adds powerful layers to the reading.
Oracle card readings are a beautiful way to gain deeper insight, reconnect with your intuition, and receive loving guidance for your journey. Each session is unique, offering exactly what you need at the moment.

Personalized Guided Meditations

A personalized guided meditation is a deeply tailored experience designed to meet your unique needs, intentions, and goals.

HOW IT WORKS

The session begins with a brief conversation to understand your current state, intentions, and what you hope to achieve through meditation. (Often followed after a coaching session).
Common focuses include relaxation, grounding, visualization, emotional release, manifestation, or connecting with your higher self.
Typically guided meditations will be pre-recorded and sent to the client to listen to on their own.
Meditations may include soothing music/sounds, breathwork and sound bowls. It’s recommended when listening to your personalized guided meditation that you create a calming atmosphere where you won’t be disturbed, lay or sit in a comfortable position, incorporate your favorite crystals to be on or near you and have a soft scent that helps you relax.
After the meditation, set aside time for reflection. Have a journal next to you to write down how you feel, any insights or emotions that came up.
